If you believe the information on a background check completed by Essential Screens is inaccurate or incomplete, you may contact Essential Screens to have this report re-investigated. Upon request Essential Screens will provide you with a free copy of your background check to assist you with the dispute process. This process can take up to 30 days, depending on the overall scope of the screen. It is Essential Screens policy to quickly respond to all disputes.

To begin the dispute process you may contact Essential Screens by calling 888-494-9188 or submitting your request by completing the dispute document.
