We work with each individual company to create customized screening packages based on the needs of your organization. For most, we search criminal court records in the counties where an applicant has resided in the past seven to ten years, which is the standard for our industry. You may also supplement the background check with a variety of other searches depending on your industry regulations. The more searches that you conduct the bigger the picture of your applicant you will create.
