Travis Powell, President and Founder of Essential Screens, has more than 10 years of direct experience leading and growing a team of professionals who manage human resource functions and screening requirements for 1,000’s of other companies. In his current position, he is responsible for providing leadership to his team, growing his business through business development, managing the operations and implementation of policies throughout the company.
Under his leadership the company has consistently seen 50% or more growth each year since 2013. Through building relationships, focusing on quality, customer service and constantly finding ways to improve processes, it is expected that Essential Screens will continue to grow and be successful.
Outside of work, Travis is on the board of directors of CNHRMA and is the chair of the workforce readiness committee. In his spare time he enjoys snow skiing and spending time with his wife and three children.
